Metal-free dentistry – briefly explained
Metals in the mouth can release ions, generate galvanic currents and trigger intolerances in sensitive people. Today there is a metal-free alternative for every indication that is at least as stable – and aesthetically superior.
For us, metal-free is not an add-on, it is standard: composite fillings, ceramic inlays, all-ceramic crowns and bridges, zirconia implants, metal-free denture anchoring and plastic splints. We replace existing metal restorations step by step on request.

Is ceramic just as stable as metal?
Modern high-performance ceramics such as zirconia achieve the strength of metal and have proven themselves in the mouth for decades.
Do I have to have all metals removed?
Not necessarily. We advise honestly: switching makes sense with complaints, proven intolerance, or where replacement is needed anyway.
What does the changeover cost?
That depends on the scope. You receive a detailed cost estimate; the changeover can be spread over stages.
