Dr. med. dent. Jousef Siouri, M.Sc., M.Sc.
Practice owner · DentistGrew up in Waldshut, studied and completed his doctorate in implantology at RWTH Aachen, with master's degrees in implantology & oral surgery and in restorative & aesthetic dentistry. After years in private practices in Germany and Switzerland, he has been leading the practice in Freienstein since 2026 – with an approach that is minimally invasive, biologically compatible and individual. «There are no standard solutions – only the solution for the person sitting in front of me.»
Dr. med. dent. Jürg Kyburz
Practice founder · DentistIn 1993, Jürg Kyburz founded the practice in Freienstein and shaped it for over three decades – with care, down-to-earth values and the aim of preserving natural teeth for as long as possible. He has come to know many families in the Zurich Unterland across generations: parents as young patients, and today their children. Since handing over the practice to Dr. Siouri in 2026, he has continued to work there on a reduced schedule – primarily in orthodontics with removable and fixed braces, and for patients he has accompanied for years. Anyone who wants to keep their dentist can still book appointments directly with him.
Alessandra Francalancia
Dental Hygienist HFAlessandra Francalancia has been part of the practice for over 30 years – since its founding in 1993, which is practically as long as it has existed. For many patients, she is the familiar face they see once or twice a year and to whom they entrust their teeth without hesitation. As a certified dental hygienist HF, she provides gentle teeth cleaning, treats periodontitis and provides long-term care for implants. She notices when something changes in the gums long before it causes discomfort – and patiently explains what you can do yourself to prevent it from getting that far.
Francesca Di Jorio
Prophylaxis AssistantFrancesca Di Jorio has been part of the practice for over 20 years. She handles professional teeth cleaning and has a special talent with children: at their first brushing lesson, nobody sits anxiously in the chair – instead, they learn how to brush properly through play. Patient, thorough and with a good sense of what is actually realistic in everyday life – she is the first point of contact for all questions about daily dental care.
Antje Hehne
Dental AssistantAntje Hehne assists with treatments and surgical procedures and is the calm, steady presence at the chair. She works precisely and cleanly, pays attention to every detail, and always keeps the person in view: whether someone needs a break, an explanation, or simply a hand to hold. Her aim is for you to feel well cared for before, during and after treatment.
F. Betrovic
Dental Hygienist HFVery compassionate, especially with people who find visiting the dentist difficult: F. Betrovic is a dental hygienist and handles teeth cleaning, periodontitis treatment and the care of implants. She takes her time, explains every step and notices when someone is tense – often before they say so themselves. For sensitive teeth or deeper gum pockets, she can work with local anaesthesia on request, so that even a thorough cleaning stays pain-free.
Belma Kalajdžini
Dental Assistant EFZ ApprenticeSince 2026, Belma Kalajdžini has been training with us to become a certified dental assistant EFZ. She supports the team with assistance, preparation and processing – and brings the curiosity you need at the start of a career. We are glad to accompany her on this path; you will regularly meet her in the treatment room.
Dr. med. Klaus Homburg
Anaesthetist · Specialist FMHDr. med. Klaus Homburg is a board-certified specialist (FMH) in anaesthesiology and intensive care medicine and looks after treatments under general anaesthesia at our practice. After studying medicine at the University of Zurich, he gained extensive clinical experience in surgery, internal medicine, emergency medicine, anaesthesiology and intensive care medicine – at the University Hospital Zurich, among other places, as well as for several years in a leading role at Bülach Hospital. If you do not feel up to treatment while awake, you are in experienced hands with him.

Jousef Siouri has been leading the practice since 2026 together with dental hygiene, prophylaxis, assistance and reception – metal-free, minimally invasive and with time for every person. Practice founder Dr. med. dent. Jürg Kyburz continues to work with the team on a reduced schedule, as does dental hygienist Alessandra Francalancia, who has been with the practice since its founding in 1993.
